Default Your training week?

What is your typical training week? How many rest days, roadwork, gym workouts, boxing workouts, sparring, heavybag, shadowboxing? etc.

Plus if you don't prefer roadwork, how you replace it? Is swimming better than roadwork?

Monday am - 45 mins crosstrainer
Tuesday am - 3 mile run - pm pads bags sparring
Wednesday am - 45 mins crosstrainer
Thursday am - 3 mile run - pm pads bags sparring
Friday rest day or 45 mins crosstrainer (easy)
Saturday - heavy bag or 8 mile run
Sunday - heavy bag or 8 mile run
I sit on my **** most of the day doing my day job so recovery isn't usually a problem as long as my diet is good

Monday - Core workout, rowing, 3-5run & boxing gym in the evening
Tuesday - 3-5mile run and pads and sparring with a pal. usually 10rounds of each
Wednesday - Bagwork for 2hours
Thursday - 3miles and thats it
Friday - Freestyle night at gym so lots of sparring and padwork
Saturday - 6miles run
Sunday - 6miles run

All this is usually from afternoon-early evening time onwards, i'm a bricklayer so i'm up early and finish early ish but its gruelling on the body lol
