WEEK 1 - DAY 1

3 sets of 10 Lunge + Push Press complex (85lbs)

3 sets of 10 Power Clean + Push Press +Squat + Military Press COmplex (75lbs)

2 sets of 10 2 sets of 8 Push Up + Squat thrust + Pull Up hold + Knee Raise Complex (bodyweight)

3 sets of 50 SupineMed Ball (20lbs) throws

3 sets of 25 Get Ups

4 Sets of 10 Single le Squat on BOSU
