Monday June 8
I ran 6 laps around the track at the park, about 2 miles of running
6X3 Shadowboxing I focused entirely on my right hand because my left shoulder is hurt and I'm trying to heal it up.
Stamina drills on the heavybag with the right hand
120 right hands X 3
90 right hands X 3
60 right hands X 3
I could really feel the burn in my right shoulder from doing all of this.

Tuesday June 9
I skipped rope about 25 minutes
I focused solely on the right hand in 6X3 Shadowboxing, I think I'm getting the hang of it, as long as my shoulder touches my chin when I throw I know I'm doing better.
Stamina heavybag drills
I did 120 X3 right hands to start out with with 1 minute breaks between that, then a 2 minute break, then 90 X 3 right hands with 1 minute breaks between them, then a 2 minute break, then 60X3 right hands with a one minute break between them.

Wednesday June 10
6X3 Shadowboxing
120X3 right hands 90X3 right hands 60X3 Right hands, all had 1 minute breaks after them all.
I ran 16 laps around my house, about 2 miles.

I did 8 short sprints and 2 long ones

120X3 right hands

I ran only one mile because storms came and I had to stop due to thunder.

About 25 minutes of skipping rope
6X3 Shadowboxing moving around while throwing the right hand
90X3, 60X3, 120 right hands
3X3 of right hand work on the heavybag, using movement and feints.

60X6 right hands, 90 then 120 then 90 right hands on the heavybag
6X3 Shadowboxing, working on circling to the left and right, I'm getting the hang of the footwork and punching better
About 25 minutes of skipping rope

Friday June 19 and Saturday June 20
Rest, I went camping
Sunday June 21
As a result of a longer rest and a new haircut I felt very good and more fluid in my punches while shadowboxing. I struggled running in 95 degree heat though.
6X3 Shadowboxing
60X6 Right hands with 30 seconds in between sets, 90, 120, 90 right hands with one minute in between sets
3X3 Heavybag right hand work
I ran 16 laps around the house in the heat, I struggled due to the heat but I made it through in the end.

I ran 16 laps around my house when I woke up
A couple hours later I did 6X3 Shadowboxing, I'm getitng back into using my left jab after a minor injury.
60X2 right hands 60 1-2'sX2, 60 right hands, 60 left jabs, 90 right hands,, 60 left jabs, 60 1-2's on the heavybag
3X3 Heavybag working using jabbing, right hand, and 1-2's with varied footwork

I woke up and skipped rope for about 20 minutes this morning
A couple hours later I did 6X3 Shadowboxing

I just focused on the left jab today since I have a hyperextended right elbow.
6X3 Shadowboxing
Heavybag stamina drills 60 jabsX3 30 seconds apart from each other.
3X3 Heavybag work
