Well, if I was going, maybe yes! I can't believe I'll be coming home from our vacation in Maine on Sept. 29th. If it wasn't for that, I'd probably go to AC to see our boy Kelly win the Middlewt. Title. When I saw your last post the other day about coming over, I didn't believe it was gonna be in AC then. Now, I guess its for real! Unless you have $300/$500 seats, its not worth going & sitting far away. But it is great to feel the electricity in the arena before & during a big fight. But its better on TV...I guess.

Povetkin undercard in Moscow.
Janik is co-promoted by Wasilewski and Saurland. Hot Polish prospect Lukasz Janik (*4-0, 3 KOs) looked strong in his fifth round TKO over rugged Uzbek journeyman Makhmud Atadzanov (4-6, 3 KOs). Janik fought the bout with the hunger in his fists throwing wild punches in fast combos and scoring much to the head with both hands. Atadzanov did little to stop his foe, while preferring to hold and grab rather than to answer with the shots. Though the Uzbek fighter never was down, the referee stopped the fight in the fifth round after another continuous unanswered barrage of punches by Janik. *His record is actually 5-0(4KO) ***.fightnews.com |

He was supposed to be very active in 07 and wanted to finish off the year with very solid opponent. I got a bad feeling he that he did reinjure one of his two surgically repaired hands. I dont even want to say it but it would be a shame.......you know where im headed. |
