You can have your heart stopped for a couple of minutes before you start to experience noticable damage.

Your brain need oxygen and with a RNC you strangle the two main blood vessels to the brain which leads in you "choking the brain" so to speak.
If your heart stops you will suffer brain damage after 2 min cuz the brain isnt getting any oxygen

I don't want to give up but I just haven't had the time to add to it. Maybe if I just do one or two every now and then.

Not to mention all those GIFs are killing my photobucket account every month. I keep getting bandwidth warnings from them.
