Tiger comfortably.

Bad matchup for Azumah.

I reckon Azumah shades Tiger here.

Dick had a lot of good wins but dropped some fights too,but before he got old it took great fighter's like a Sanchez or Whitaker (or Fenech) to beat Azumah.

Tiger probably fought the better fighters but Nelson was more consistent and had a slightly better record so I'll go with him as Africa's best ever fighter (I hope that's whats meant by the question).

Either could be Africa's best.
