Calzaghe didn't want any of that Jones. He should have retired after the Ruiz fight though. His resume has been damaged significantly since.

He was brill wasn't he? Very nearly fucked up though. Imagine if he had of lost before he beat Ruiz. Think a lot of peoples views would have been different.

Had he not beaten Ruiz I think he would have been held in a similer regard to Calzaghe- unproven. I think they would have said Toney was weight drained and Hopkins was too green and the rest were also rans (they weren't) by doing the improbable he added that last string to his bow. For me anyway.
And as for the Griffin loss.... please Dan.... we've been friends for a long time.
