Seriously, thanks for doing this. An organised, direct effort and approach is what is needed.

Cheers for the boxing Setanta. I would arrange my lunch hour for 2-3 on Thursdays to watch the boxing hour, a really entertaining show which had a broad range of high and low profile guests, and lots of them.

Thanks to Buncey for responding directly to a couple of emails as well. Beyond the call of duty and appreciated. Good luck in getting the show on another network, I'm off to join the group.

Just add my bit on here, am gutted, always looked forward to the Boxing Hour and Setanta's coverage, which stood abopve the rest imo, the banter between Bunce and Kerr (who are both excellent), the fact that they'd talk about ANY fight regardless of what channel it was on, the great guests they had on, the relationship they had with viewers/fans/us on here etc (dont get that with any other channel- they actually listened to us and got fights on our say so, never happen with sky that!).

Provided us with some cracking late nights (Margarito/Cotto, Juan Diaz/JMM, Calzaghe/Kessler etc) and recently with Hayemaker on board some cracking british fights (Quigley Dodson, Lindsay Appleby etc).

Finally would like to wish best wishes to Bunce and Andy (we need to get these and the boxing hour back on TV!) and also all the people at Setanta who have lost their jobs, hopefully you guys will be back in work ASAP.

All the best.

You all really did do a fantastic job and you will be MASSIVELY missed. Thank you so much for all of the action we all enjoyed so much. The best of luck to all of those involved who are also, sadly, out of a job.

Thanks again, Setanta.
Truly humbled by your message. Steve Bunce's show i will dearly miss it was the only thing i regularly watched on TV. Apart from writing for the Setanta website i got the chance to write which was on my mind and in my heart and travel the world, boy have i got some Vegas stories to tell lol. Not everyone agreed with me but whatever i wrote about caused debate and i love debating.I thank everyone at Setanta for giving me the time of day to air my opinion. To upset people to make folks a little unsure and to make many smile and laugh or just to get a 'thats true'. Without Setanta i would have never had the chance to meet Ciaran Baynes who was my editor and now business partner of Hard Knocks Boxing promotions. Something good always comes out of a bad situation. Long live the Boxing fan it's your voice that counts, so speak loud cos i love to listen. Spencer Fearon
