yeah mate, thats pretty much what most people say. I've got to 20 miles in good shape and in a good time the last 3 times I've run the distance though so hopefully I've done enough to muddle though the last 6.2 miles.

Actually not great past few days not been able to get into any rhythm at all. Feeling weak after relatively small distances so taken a few days off in case ive been overtraining and will try and do 12 tomorrow.

Not what i needed with 3 weeks to go

I think i signed up for it in April/May seemed like a world away at the time now all of a sudden

good luck to you if you are powering through 20 miles you will have no problem getting your time

I was probably lucky. I signed up the middle of July so I knew I had to batter it from there on in. Otherwise I'd have probably have done the same as you.
