Wow, you really are a big fish in a small AI pond.

Claim is definitely going in.

Pad. I have no idea what i was banned for.

I remember it well. Lotsa cream, lotsa sugar.

I'm a fish with some serious moves and an uncanny, almost intuitive tactical acumen, however.

Sort out Xbox Live, Simon, do your research, even if you need to put a call in to the boys back at 'the office' for some info. I'm sure you have lots of contacts that can help you out...

...y'know, with your background in law enforcement.

I will see what I can do. I'm certainly keen, just spread rather thin and it never seems to get to the top of the list.

Glad you're ok mate.

It's a weird thing with claims.... the more people that claim, the higher the insurance costs are going to be, yet because you just know that some fucker would claim against you, you feel it's your duty to do the same.

My mate got £2.5k for little more than a sore shoulder, even the hospital told him to stop being a drama queen and to go home.

Did anyone else see the programme about gangs organising smashes to try and make claims? Usually with cars that needed a bit of work doing to them already like a busted front wing or whatever. Conning bastards.

I'm convinced there's an operation going on in Bradford, either that or a load of drivers without licences. If ever you've got the misfortune of being in the area, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES pull out on a roundabout unless it's ridiculously clear, or someone else in the lane to your right (on a dual carriageway) has already gone, because drivers won't wait, they'll just run into you.

Even if you're about to turn off to your exit.

Pulp fiction is my fave film mate

Glad your safe and well. You been to hospital citing injury (whiplash) yet?

The bans are ridiculous, nice to see you back.

I get the whole 'if you claim, then you push up premiums' mantra but when your paying 1600 p/a to insure a car then its payback time as far as I am concerned. God help the poor bastard that bumps into me. I will feign agony and injury, Rivakdo at the World Cup ain't got shit on my theatrics.

Those staged crashes your on about on murder, my gaffer was on a dual carriage way in Luton and a car full of 'Muslims' broke hard and he went into back if them. They all were crying and holding necks. The claim in total for car and compo surpassed 15k I am lead to believe, the car was a Y reg Focus btw. Now that's the problem with insurance, coupled with firms like injurylawyers4u taking on claims in the hope of charging heaps on litigation fees.

That's the problem.

It's the ridiculous premiums for young drivers in particular that encourage people to do it..... though I think some people are natural cynics and will claim for anything they can regardless of what premium they actually pay.

I can't really take any kind of moral high ground because save for a year I've never actually insured a car, in the way that most people have.

The Government really should put a stop to ''no win no fee'', as I'm sure many would think twice if they were told it was £250 up front before the solicitor would even listen.

To be honest I'd be glad to have just walked away from a car accident, rather than thinking ''let's try and get rich''. I get my car fixed FOC once I've claimed the excess back, etc.

I'm not sure where the amount of £2.5k comes from, when realistically he only ought to be able to claim for loss of earnings had he been off work - which he wasn't, then the two sets of fees all have to be paid for by the insurer.

Right con if you ask me.

I had someone go into back if works van 5 years back and never claimed, got smashed into in my grandads car and never claimed. All cos of karma (didn't want person to get fucked for premiums). I had my first (at fault) crash where my wet soles of shoes slipped off brake and stuck under accelerator and bump. The lady had a small dent in boot and a broken bumper, she continued her drive to where she was going and then drove home (her words, I called her to see that she was fine). She then claimed for 2 weeks off work due to whiplash and compo for prang, that totalled just over 3k. She made me sick and my premiums have gone up 500 a year now

From now on I am a Adebayor like Mercenary. In the words of Duke in Rocky 5 ''touch me an I'll sue ya''. If you can't beat them then join them aye.

Spot on about no win no fee lawyer's, this way Asian owned firms often actually pay you for taking on a claim. £500 upfront just to get your business!

Petrol is a fucking joke, let's not even start on that.

Hi Grant. And do mention it, by all means do. I had a shocker! I know one can't be right all of the time, but I completely misread it, got both fighters wrong. I still think that Skelton is strategically shot, but I missed the signs on Dallas; I knew that the Page performance raised some worrying questions, but I thought Dallas is new, he had a few other things going on at the time, so I made allowances. Then the Price fight obviously wasn't great, but again I made allowances as he took it late. Then Skelton has looked rough in his last few and has been out for a while, but I didn't make allowances for the fact that his last few have been against proven, rugged fighters (unlike Dallas) and that he always keeps himself in solid shape.

Just got it plain wrong - even if Skelton is shot, I should have seen that for Dallas to demonstrates so many frailties so early was telling me all I needed.

My worst pick in years, tbh, so please don't feel the need to skirt around it. I'm a big boy, I can put my hand up when I get things wrong.

All I can say is my other picks have not been bad on the whole and this sorry episode will lead to me redoubling my efforts this week.

I guess we all need the lows in order that we might fully appreciate the highs. That's all I can say.

Fortunately Wales are so comfortable at the top that we can afford the odd misstep without relinquishing our hold on the table. But that is no cause for complacency, so you are right to call me on it.

Luke chose Dallas too

Dallas is so that I'd even fancy the foreign journeyman Shrek aka Daniel Peret to beat him.
