From now on I am a Adebayor like Mercenary. In the words of Duke in Rocky 5 ''touch me an I'll sue ya''. If you can't beat them then join them aye.

Spot on about no win no fee lawyer's, this way Asian owned firms often actually pay you for taking on a claim. £500 upfront just to get your business!

Petrol is a fucking joke, let's not even start on that.
With that being the case I could understand your viewpoint, you've been stitched up yourself and now paying a significant long term cost for a tiny accident.

Petrol.... I don't know. Strange that people were protesting when it was a quid, now it's £1.30 and people aren't. Probably because the ''well, times are tough at the minute'' mantra is so ingrained in people.

The problem the Government have is that even slashing 20p a litre off duty (which would save another 4p in VAT) - people probably wouldn't use that much more. Any savings they'd make in reduced fuel costs, and also cheaper goods costing less to get to the store would go on paying off debts or treating yourself.

Though it would ease the transport industry problems, with them having to lay people off (or close businesses) here there and everywhere.

The government are simply pricing people off the road. That is to combat the increasing amount of drivers and busy roads. Why widen m6 to 4 lanes when you can rape motorists instead and push the lower income workers into an out or date and expensive public transport system?

Petrol costs are passed down onto the cost of everything be it food or clothing. It is us again paying for the governments savings. Fucking joke, every pump by me is 140p

I tell you summat now, if I didn't have a job I would be robbing number plates off care and bilking all the time.

You have it right when you say people should protest. Funny how the government impose regulations even on that. You can have your say, but only on the governments terms. Democracy, the joys of it aye.

I want a new phone, could someone suggest one, please?

My only requirements are that it needs to have a physical keyboard, preferrably Android, and certainly a higher spec than my current HTC Desire.

Which desire, I have the desire HD and love it. The new sensations are the bollocks to be fair.

Kos I was gonna say classic and enjoyable games include Red or dead redemption, assassins creed (any of them). Godfather 2 is a good game. A classic for its humour and pure enjoyment is bully, please give that a go.

I only have a standard Desire, not the HD.

Do any of the phones you mentioned have a proper QWERTY keyboard?

I thought I needed a physical keyboard, then when my umpteenth Blackberry broke Mrs Templar persuaded me to try an iPhone - I was, I confess, a sceptic but I have to say it's brilliant. Got it in December and won't go back, now.

I sort of can't believe that I am saying this, but I think I agree with you!

RDR is fantastic imho, but I think AC peaked early. Wasn't a fan of Revelations at all. And Brotherhood was good but didn't like it as much as AC2.

Na, you're probably looking at a Blackberry. Or Nokia.

Galaxy S2, Bryn. I wouldn't go for any other Android. I did a ton of research on this shit before I bought it.

You could wait for S3, but that's in April sometime.

I've used this touch screen malarky for ages now, but I still prefer the tactility of a proper keyboard.

And I have just returned four Blackberries in a row to Vodafone, so I really wouldn't recommend that - can't keep up with the newer software, they just fall over.
