Simpson v Truscott thread
simpson has billy nelson in his corner and sounding like he is in better shape and hitting harder than before.Hope he does well tonight and hopefully set up a square go with lindsay or maybe fancy a rematch with appleby

This ones hasn't been mentioned as much as I'd have thought, been overlooked a bit, should be a good fight, the first one was decent, 2 young British prospects.

John is imo a cracking fighter, his recor is very decieving coz he has been clearly robbed on more than one occasion. I'd like to see Simpson in with Lindsay, I reckon he would beat him fairly comfortably on points even at the ulster hall.
Appleby is supposed to be fighting for the Euro title but as far as I know no-one has told Paul about it. (he's only the fighter afterall ) Anyhow, after a bit of a boxing dry-up im quite looking forward to this weekends action and hopefully we have seen the last of all these cancellations and pull-outs |
