Default Future 3 Division Champs

Which prospects/single division champs have the best chance to become 3 division champions?

1. Linares - only 21 and what a protegy, already destroyed Larios and WBC champ. Amazing skill, seems to have it all.

2. Paul Williams - fantastic win against Margarito, he maybe the best at 147, he could surely go all the way upto 168 in the future when he fills out

3. Amir Khan - looks big at lightweight, there are some questionmarks on his chin and foundamentals but he has all the natural talent in the world

4. Cintron - huge at Welter and a massive puncher, if he beats Margarito I wouldn't be suprised to see him go as far as Middleweight

5. Taylor - if he beats Pavlik hes fighting the Kessler/Calazage winner next. Then maybe BHOPs 3 to become a 3division champ. Stranger things have happened

6 Chad Dawson - huge at LHW and very skilled, wouldnt be suprised to see him win belts at Cruser and HW

I would go with Paul Williams (147, 154, 160), Andy Lee (160, 168, 175), and Jorge Linares (126, 130, 135)

Well, Pacman is already a two-division champ, so i'd say he is a nominee.

Cotto, already at 140 and 147, and i think he is strong enough to compete at 154 too.

Paul Williams seems like a logical choice to me

Taylor really has a chance to do this.

Cotto can win another at 154.

Hey Brooklyn...where did you find that Taylor vs Pavlik poster? I'd like to have a larger image of that one. Thanks.

Of guys who haven't won more than one belt yet:

- Koki Kameda
- Christian Mijares
- Lucian Bute (I don't think he's that great necessarily, but I suspect he'll actually improve at higher weights; he's certainly built for it)
- Celestino Caballero (yes he was off his last fight, but he has the frame to move all the way to 135 or 140 if he improves his fundamentals)
- Kelly Pavlik

I agree with Linares and Williams as well. I think Dawson is too chinny to win at HW, although he could get there at CW. Possibly the same for Taylor at 175, although DiBella might find a way for him to take out a lighter hitting LHW. The question is whether he can actually get a belt at 168, as I think both Calzaghe and Kessler beat him, and Bute won't fight someone that dangerous (assuming he beats Berrio).

I'm not saying that these guys are that great, just that it's easy to finagle your way to a paper title if you have a big name and there are weak divisions ahead of you.

Jermain Taylor - 160, 168, 175

Vernon Forrest - 147, 154, 160

Joel Casamayor - 130, 135, 140 if he does it soon.

Joan Guzman - 122, 130, 135, 140, 147

Daniel Ponce De Leon - 122, 126, 130

Seriously? He was a light hitter at 130, and he already has a dense body. I can't imagine him making it to 140, much less 147.

well, pac is already a 3-division champ if you include the ring and lineal feather titles to his abc belts at 112 and 122.
