Two that come to mind for me personally.

1) kid gavilan, I read once that his record is deceptive and he actually should have won the majority of his losses. Further research into this claim could see him crack my top 25.

2) Another is gentleman james corbett, up until his loss to fitz I believe he achieved more or atleast equal to the achievements of tunney. I don't think past prime losses should be held against him and actually am willing to officially label him as "underrated"

From my experience with you and your list Gavillan could crack your top 10.
