I think Moorer would fit in nicely with the likes of those guys, basically on the same skill level. I think as a heavyweight Moorer always boxed too flat footed and would have had trouble with some of the bigger punchers and movers.

I think that having a south paw stance combined with a fair amount of punching power could have given him an edge over some of those fighters. On the flipside, his chin would always be a risk factor. My guess is that at the end of the day, he blends in as being one of the pack rather than standing out as anything significant.. |

He probably beats Mike Weaver and Tony Tubbs
I'm 50/50 about Pinklon. I think he losest to Tim Witherspoon, and Tony Tucker. He's a middle of the pack fighter. 80s Alpha champs were not bad. |
