Default My weight loss log!

I am setting up this log so it gives me some added motivation to lose weight. I have already been losing weight over the last couple of months, but I just need that added push to lose the extra pounds and get down to the weight I desire. Any comments, advice or support would be appreciated

My weight today: 12st 5.6

My target this week: To lose 4 pounds

My target overall: To get down to 11st.

My weight today: 12st 3.6

Total weight loss: 2 pounds

I had some Special K honey and nut cereal for breakfast, ham sandwich for lunch, then chicken and potatoes for dinner. I guess it worked out at approximately 1,000~ calories. I also played football for 30mins to burn some of the calories off.

I think I lost 2 pounds because I ate a load on the Sunday (Sunday dinner ) and bloated myself up for the Monday. I don't expect to lose as much tomorrow!

good luck, try not to eat too much bread and keep the pork off the menu to much fat in pork dont just watch calorie intake look at fat percentage.sorry if telling you the obvious

got a diet somewhere and you have ice-cream for desert 3 days in a row.it`s a special diet i got when i used to work at a hospital you have to weigh all food out ,you do it for three days then eat sensible for a day then do it again.it was for a patient we had in once that was pretty big and had to get weight off quick for a heart op.

keep going ,remember the nearer you get to the weight you want to be it may be a little harder dont give up

I put on weight today! Still, I won't let it get me down though. I had a curry when I was out, and I had two pasta dishes at home (the curry was effectively my breakfast ). Although, I didn't do much exercise at all really, so I wasn't that surprised I put on weight.

I just think I went off the boil a little because I was so close to reaching my weekly target after 3 days.

With your intake so low your metabolism is apt to drop and make weight loss harder..but what do I know, I'm fat.
