Interesting fight and a fight in which anything could really happen, although I would sway towards a knockout. If I had to make a decision, I would go with Morrison by mid round TKO for much of the same reasons you listed.

I would put my money on morrison, he has the power to blast Golota out the park. Both have weak chins for the most part, I just think Golota will have a breakdown when he gets hit with one of Morrisons explosive hooks.

Morrison did have heart. Morrison would probably win by KO, it seems Golota never faired well against punchers, and Morrison can punch like a MF.
Anyone remember Morrison vs Yuri Vaulin in 1991? I have the fight on tape. Morrison was totally get his ass boxed off by Vaulin ( very good Soviet Amatuer) , but Morrison hit Vaulin with a body punch , and Vaulin turned his back and quit. Vaulin quit in all his fights , but he was such a very skilled boxer. He has the worst heart I have ever seen a fighter have, total quiter .A complete waste of talent. Tommy Gallagher (Vaulins trained ) totally went off calling him all sorts of names after the fight. |

golota has problems with just about anyone that punches him back ..
morrison would plow right through this guy .. golota just didnt have that pop to send morrison down .. he could brawl and slug it out but he just didnt have that crippiling power |

This definitley isnt going the distance. I would say Morrison KO 4-5. But if it went any longer than that, which is unlikely, Golota by KO 7-8

Morrison had way more heart and wasn't a total headcase like Golota.
And unlike Golota, Morrison actually beat a contender and had a meaningful win. Morrison wins. Golota is quite possibly the biggest choker in boxing history. |

Golota's was the mid 90s up until probably his auto accident in 1999, although he did have some respectable performances years later. |

I guess I'm the only one here that thinks Golota would win in this match-up. Sure Andrew is known for self destructing in the ring, but I feel he would KO Morrison before it could get to that point.
