Here are a couple of training vids of mine one of me hitting the speed bag and another of me on teh heavybag. There a couple of yrs old but i wanted to post them anyhow to get some feedback.

I'll take the obvious one. Keep your hands up, they're too low. When one hand punches, the other one should protect the face, you drop them while punching. You seem to have rather long arms, but you don't use their range. You can get much more extension on your straight punches. And you may want to tuck that chin, I know it's just bag work but you should make it a habit anyway.
Apart from that I think you look ok, decent hand speed, good technique. I'd love to see a sparring video though |

With those long arms practise throwing more straight punches to keep your opponent at the end of your reach.
Technique over all pretty good. Have you had any fights and do you train at a club or by yourself.. |

Thanks man, i gotta alot more of them on the other side but you can't see them in the vid. And yes taj-09 i've had fights at 141lbs and 152lb divisions and train at a club, had some time off due to injury but I plan on competing again.
