Vysotsky He eate a few solid shots against Rossy and didn't react poorly to it, he acted the way you want to see and came right back with his own. Helenius was stopped by Timurziev when he was a junior but that isn't saying much seeing as he was a teenager and there aren't many guys in the Pros who can hit like Timurziev.

I don't think either of them have weak chins but i'm definitely most sold on Glazkov from his Cammarelle and Bakhtov fights. I'v seen him take huge shots from big punchers walk through them and immidiately want to get them back, how you want a fighter to be.
I agree with what you wrote. I am sold on Glazkov being able to take a shot, both mentally and physically!.

I agree that Rossy landed some, and Pulev took it well enough. I'm still not convinced Pulev can win a stand and trade type of fight, or overcome a few hard shots from someone better than Rossy. Time will tell. I hope Pulev is not the next Alexevv. That is to say a very skilled fighter who can't take a big punch, gets upset, then goes south.

According to Boxrec he is fighting on the undercard of the Helenius vs Liakhovich fight.
Not a bad card at all.

Kubrat Pulev is heading to Germany on Monday. Next for him is some sparing preparations for the next bout. According to Kubrat there is huge chance that the fight with Rogan will happens, it all depends how the negotiations will come. He wants this fight, but the final word is Rogan's if the Irish will agree the terms proposed by Sauerland.

Strange, Pulev is now scheduled to fight this weekend. The Rogan EU title fight is postponed till October.

Yes, it is disappointing. Pediura hasn't fought since June 2009. He isn't a solid opponent. I watched his fight with Ustinov and he didn't show anything special. Anything but a KO would be unexpected.

Pulev by UD. He had some good moments in the second round but the fight went on. He should have stopped him.

In a post fight interview he said his next will be in October against Rogan. He also expressed confidence that he was coming for Klitschkos.

Yes, it is too early for him to think about Klitschkos. Maybe he mentioned them because everyone knows Klitschkos. Ogi who posts here (ogii3) also asked him why he slowed down and didn't finish Pediura in rounds 3 or 4. Kubrat said Peduira was awkward and he did not want to risk everything since it was too early in the fight.

Yeah, like Ivo said - I think Kubrat said it (about the Klits) just to make a little fuss in our country, nothing else. The truth is that most of the people in Bulgaria don't know much about boxing, so probably the Klits are the only boxers in heavyweight they actually know right now.

But I remember a pressconference which Kubrat attended not too much ago, when he said that the only way to see the Klitschkos off the top is them to retire. So, I think he has a reality check, don't pay 2 much attention to his words yesterday

Kubret is slipping a little, he needs to finish these guys conclusively. Helenius is ahead of him now by some margin and is finishing guys without relying on the judges.

Before i thought Kubret was sure bet to be a champ one day, im gearing towards him being only a top contender/ or having several shots at the title without winning.

NOV S. Peter

2012
Jan A. Harrison
