Default why isnt wright considered an atg?

how is that possible? Look at his wins so far.... mosley twice, tito trinidad, pretty much beat taylor, vargas fight was robbed, if he beats hopkins why won't he be ranked atg?

Mosley-blown up welter....he was fighting at 135 like 5 years before these fights

Tito-an unretired shell of himself

Pretty much doesn't equal a victory...He lost to Vargas and didn't beat JT
