Just recently been posted on YT. Been waiting for it for ages. I was just a young lad when I went to Wembly to watch Big Frank get pummelled by Spoon. Was gutted !

Yeah Frank had a history of doing that, yet his loyal army of fans still made the second trip over to Vegas when he faced Tyson again. I was at that fight and some of the best times Ive had partying with the crazy Brits. I got a great close up picture of Bruno wrapped in the flag with a huge gash over his eye. It was amazing how he would just freeze on the ropes when he got nailed. It didnt matter if he won or lost there was always one Frankie Bruno, one Frankie Bruno!!

I went to this fight, it had a brilliant atmosphere. Believe it or not, there was genuine shock when come the ninth/tenth we realized the Bomber was going to lose.

Heres the shot I took of Frank after getting pummeled by Tyson. Its hard to see the huge gash over his left eye.

Bruno always came up short against real top drawer opposition, but fair doos he always went into the firing line against really good champions .. He just didnt have a natural instinct to cover up when he got hit, he always seemed to go into a state of shock and freeze ..
Witherspoon was a damn good fighter, a little overlooked nowadays in my opinion ..
