Looking for A Boxing Gym

hey people

well im looking to take up boxing as a means to keep fit and also i've grown to love the sport.

so does anyone know where i can learn in ontario canada, brampton or hamilton area or around there somewhere?

your help is appreciated

Brampton, Hamilton, anything in that area is the mecca for boxing in Canada. If you have more questions, regarding what is a good gym, let me know. I fight in and against a lot of these clubs at shows and tournaments and know most of them well.

thanks which would you reccommend as the best gym in the hamilton area? what are membership costs like?

McGrory's is a good gym and often have a lot of good fighters at shows. No idea the costs, but I would imagine very reasonable. Most gyms in Ontario are.

sorry Singh, no website that I could find, although there are articles on it and on their boxers and ph numbers available with a little google searching. I'm not suggesting only this gym, just that it happens to be right in Hamilton and well-represented. The good news is, there are all sorts of gyms in that surrounding area. So when you do move, you'll have plenty to choose from, to visit, before making up your mind which one best suits your goals and needs.
