Winstone. McGuigan would be competitive and could maybe draw on Winstone's lack of power. But he wasn't Saldivar, not by a long shot. Winstone's jab, timing, sense of positioning and overall repertoire at mid to long range earn him a decision here, something like 10-5. He might have to utilise his full armoury though, especially as he didn't have the power of a Nelson-type fighter and seeing how McGuigan was able walk down an elusive fellow like Bernard Taylor.
