Default Donaire better than PAC ...

.... after he KO Arce?

Two wins over the former/current top dogs ...
this sounds better than PAC after his two first bouts with Barrera and Morales.

for me donaire is a good "general" to say the least bec. he sticked to his fightplan: lefthook, lefthook, lefthook.
in terms of style him and pac are a lot different. donaire being a defensive/slick boxer and pac being a slugger. however to say that donaire is better than pac after beating arce(if ever) is way overboard. are you saying accomplishments on the flyweight? if it is, i can agree with you since pac, although had many fights in flyweight, fought a good name only in sasakul for the wbc title, although a good name, if compared with darch, he is no match in resume and accomplishments.
if donaire "wins" against arce and you want to compare it with pac's whole career donaire still has a long way to go. arce might be a future atg but howbout darch? he is good but i don't think darch can be an atg.
pac fought future atg's in em , mab, and might even be jmm although the latter on draw. nevertheless those 3 alone can never be compared to donaire's darch win or an " arce" win.
therefore career wise if he wins against arce: the answer is still no.
but if flyweight resume is compared, i have to agree with you: yes.

nope..Pac went thru the ranks before he got his share of the limelight, he's fought great fighters in the lower weights too... it was because of him that filipino fighters are given these opportunities. Too early to say, but a great performance nevertheless.

No, Pac's titles in numerous weight classes and wins over Barrera and Morales would still put him ahead of Nonito. But if Nonito was able to beat Arce and add to his resume which includes Darchinyan, he would be on that same path, but he wouldn't quite be at Pac's level.

I don't know how much Arce has left...

I somehow agree with that. He's one tough fighter--handspeed, footwork, and strength on both hands. Still got some more fights to prove though.

He may be comparable in the future but on what each fighter has achieved so far Pac is better.

Mad, I just compare Donaire (if he KO Arce) with PAC after his first big fights with Barrera and Morales.
If you guys do not remember Morales beat PAC the first time, so KO over Vic and Arce
may be bigger achievement than beating Barrera and losing to Morales,
no matter that PAC was already recognized before he step up the competition.

Comparing their overall achievemnts do not have any sense since Donaire have only 20 or so fights
and there is really not too many fighters at that weight class at the same level as MAB and Morales.

Also if you think about whole career, then you should wait a week so maybe
you will see PAC career differently after MAB KO him in two rounds.

FIRST TWO FIGHTS ok i get it.
but mab is way bigger than vic and arce combined even if you say that pac lost to em.

Thats the whole picture isn't clear, I want the ansfer from you whether
you think or not that beating Vic and Arce (supposedly with KO)
is bigger or not with beating MAB and losing to Morales?

We really don't know what will happen with PAC Oct 6 and what will
do Donairie later, I just compare them at similar point of their careers.

nope. i already told you that mab is still bigger than arce and darch.
that loss by pac to em anyways. was a close ud so there's nothing to be ashamed of from there if im pac. you know what happened to the trilogy.
so even if pac has a lost it's ok, mab is a future atg, arce might be one but in terms of accomplishments mab still beats him.
so is darch, in nowhere he is comparable to mab in terms of resume.
in quantity if ever , donaire wins against arce, he has it(2w and 0l 2kos) while pac has 1-1 1ko against 2 atgs. in quantity pac has it.
pac ko's mab alone beats those 2 wins by ko of donaire easily.

But lose is a lose.

If you mutiply win over Barrera by two then it equals to two wins over Vic and Arce
but the lose to Morales even close diminish PAC score a little.

So two good wins against one great win and one lose.
