We have investigators telling us he did just that. They are not investigating Mosely directly though, they are investigating BALCO. Nobody will ever take Mosely to court directly, so how will you ever know for sure? It is more reasonable to trust these reports, unless Mosley sues for defammation of character (his wife Jin has been quick to do this before, for other reasons), and has an apology issued by Sports Illustrated, to clear his name.

What's the motivation for this story now? Is it simply a hot topic? Are the investigators attempting to garner momentum? Is it a result of anger on the part of the investigators, or even fans, that athletes who in their eyes are as good as guilty, are not being punished in any tangible way? Or is it just quality news?

This "lead investigator" is obviously a Cotto fan just trying add distractions to the Mosley camp before the upcoming fight.

No idea mate, the timing does strike me as funny (Shane is in the middle of training camp for a monstrous fight). I can only speak for myself, I am disgusted by cheating and will do anything to expose poeple who I believe have cheated, even if they are part of my favourite boxers of all time.

I dont care how "credible" these journalists are, why would they wait until now to let this out? I'm calling bullshit until i see some real proof.. Plus Mosley is prolly my favorite fighter ever so i refuse to believe this anyways...

Yeah right. If you knew anything abkout boxing you'd know PBF is a stylistic nightmare for Hatton. He's better than him in almost every single department.

How fool? Hatton is only good when he fights people that stand in front of him with no movement or defense. There's a reason why he's ducked slick fighters and people like Witter. PBF is the opposite of this he will move beat Hatton to the punch catch him falling in an counter the **** out of him only a boxing novice wouldn't see this.

Not to mention Hatton's lack of defense and a jab to make it easier for him to get inside...in other words he's ****ed he really has no way to beat PBF other than one he lands a lucky bodyshot or two he gets a hometown ref that will let him hug, hold, wrestle, mug, hit and repeat. PBF by wide UD or late round TKO all the while PBF taunting Hatton by showing off his new dance moves that he learned on the show.
