Yes. It's amazing how u defy the laws of gravity and can hit that thing and not fall off that weird sideways world you live on.

You seem strong enough for the few seconds we got to watch but your technique is awful. Get to a gym asap, all you are doing is creating bad habits.

Its not how hard you hit the bag mate.
These might help a bit... Best advice though , go to a gym

your tense and put your hands in a certain postion beforeeach punch, to the point where you can see exactly what your going to throw....i would counter punch you into a hell that you could not image....but that does look like good stay in shape work....simply put...you need to go to a boxing gym..do some streaches...learn to relax..and lay off the weight lifting.
