David Hayes Training Programme (He Does Run Up Mountains)

Talking about his training programme,

Not only does David Haye run, he runs up Mountains..

heard it from his own mouth on a video. Not sure about long distance though.

Anyone know what else he does? (He has Great Physique)

he does no long distance running, only sprints, scientifically its correct but haye has always had questionable stamina

there was a video on youtube about haye's conditioning, he doesn't just do short interval sprints but his conditioning coach also has him running long miles.
