My PowerBreathe arrive erlier today. I heard alot of good things about it so I decided to buy it and see for my self. For those who are interested in improving their respiratory muscle with the PowerBreathe, I will be doing a progress report for 6 weeks to find out if it helps with my endurance and overall performance. Anyways here's a few pictures of my PowerBreathe and I will post more of the parts that came with it tomorrow.

It appears that machine is setup to breath through the mouth instead of the nose(I might be wrong). I can see breathing exercising beneficial to a boxer if they focused on the air going through the nose.

Very interesting, I could see the logic behind it...surely a stronger respiratory system has to help when you would normally be breathing hard in a fight/training right?
Keep us updated. |
