Someone mentioning Hopkins in this discussion goes to prove beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Oh, Hopkin's acting in that Calzaghe bout was truly beautiful..he should have gotten an Oscar.

Here are some more fighters that I've enjoyed quite a bit...

* Alberto Davila (great technician)
* Jeff Chandler (classic boxer puncher who threw some excellent combinations both in the trenches at long range)
* Lupe Pintor
* Saoul Mamby (cagey, crafty high volume boxer who possessed an excellent sense of ring control when he was at his best)
* Dwight Muhammad Qawi (some of the most impressive head and upper body movement from an aggressive swarmer that I've seen)

* Among current fighters, I quite enjoy watching Lucien Bute's counter-punching, and his abilty to wing wicked body-punches with either hand. It's fun to watch when he gets rolling.

James Toney. The one whose his full 12 rounders are probably the most watchable.
There are a few full 12 rounders in which he didn't participate and that are watchable too , but in his case it is the standard.
Montell Griffin's , Roid Jones' and Chris Byrd's are interesting too , but somewhat below Toney in watchability , yet still watchable .
Tua and McCall were also interesting even when they failed to stop their opponents.
Remember Tua-Ibeabuchi.

I was so happy to see someone mention Orlando Canizales ! He had beautiful combinations, slick defense and good power. But what I loved watching him most for was his amazing lateral movement ! Not boucing but subtle steps to the side that would leave him able to punch and not be there to get hit. Very underrated but lethal. Prime Holmes was sweet, SRR pure poetry, SRL lethal smoothness. And how exciting was it to watch Hearns stalk and get his prey ? The elusive smoothness of Locche,slipperiness of Mantequilla Napoles,the sheer force of Duran... Wow, too many to list ! And yes, the amazing defensive skills of Hopkins and Toney, who could stand right in front of you flatfooted,and catch, parry and roll with all of the shots !

Ken Buchanan is a great call

I personally love to watch Yoko Gushiken, though it has been ages. Napoles is great viewing too, Duran and Robinson for different reasons.
