Default Boxing Round Timer

Hey guys, you might find this round timer useful if you have a laptop or a computer anywhere near where you train.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

its configured to beach-fitness and tabata- but i just change it to 180 second rounds and 30 second intervals or whatever im up for .

im sure there is an iphone one out there also which would be awesome..

Yeah, I've got 2 iphone ones for training at home. One is a free round timer with adjustable timers , tabata intervals etc.
The other is called ultra trainer. it has timers but also yells out combos, punches or exercises to you. Costs about $4, I reckon its awesome

Don't know about a link, if you've got an iphone just go to the app store and search UltraTrainer, thats the good one.

Otherwise search round timer and you'll get a bunch of cheaper and free not as good ones.

Dope. You wouldn't believe it but today I was just wondering if if such a thing for the computer existed. This will be very helpful for me, thank you.
