Clearing your head during or after a fight

You know that feeling when you feel very groggy, somewhat distant and the world around you feel enclosed.

Do you have any remedies or tips for clearing your head?

Time. Jab and put on your running shoes until your head clears, then go back to swinging.

I don't want to clear my head. I want to be focused. I personally have my headphones to my iPod on about 3 hours before the fight up untill. I'm not social at all before a fight, only listen my my trainer talk.

Take Prozac or other related meds.

I find that neck stretches help with Migraine.
