I normally do hill sprints up this certain hill near my house. If I had to guess I'd say it's a good 100m from top to bottom.
I start with a full sprint to top, turn around, jog back down, 20sec shadowbox, and repeat. Do it about 10 times. Then jog around the block back to the hill (about half a mile) then repeat another 10 times, then jog back home (about half a mile). Last edited by Langford; 07-19-2006 at 08:15 PM. |
