First of all i think he boxed beautifully and fully deserved his crown as prizefighter champion but...
Was his obvious physical advantages unfair for a tournament in which his opponents in effect only had a round to work him out?, I admit to being disapointed with this years prizefighter because the 3 round format seemed to suite one fighter far more than the others... and yet i still find myself thinking it was a really inspired decision to put him in there!?! Im confused

I think it was a fair inclusion. Not many people (including me) fancied him to win the competition before it started and he had been shown on TV before, so people knew already about what physical advantages he would have. Plus, Flournoy in the final showed that you could outbox him (I thought he won the first 2 rounds).

My view is that he made the most of the height advantage he had and it is up to the other fighters to work out a way to counter that.As Long as he made the weight then it`s all fair for him to be in the competition. It was an entertaining Prizefighter but not the most explosive.

Thing is he's a big lad and must of really boiled down to fight at light middle and he looked in great shape...he's still a baby really and he used his tools beautifully and considering Pryce said he still had future at world level you expect guys like him to beat a young buck like Arran. He was a inspired choice imo...some tall fighters can't fight tall they fight short and lose...good luck to the lad

He did what he did and Bob Shannon has got him in tip top condition...
![]() He made really good use of that long lead hand and made excellent use of his feet in the ring... ![]() He never allowed anyone to suck him into their fight, he kept long, stayed focused and stuck to his fight plan with a crackin result and £32k in his arse pocket...

It is quite clear that over 12 at the Championship Level he may well have to move up...
![]() I don't think we can judge his career outcome on the back of Prizefighter... But fair play to him he got his weight down and did what the majority of us thought he couldn't do...![]() Well done lad...
