I've done both and, the longer flights aside, Vegas is the better experience IMHO. The thing with MSG is that you're not even watching a fight and the same legendary venue that the greats of years ago fought at, its been knocked down, moved and rebuilt several times over the decades.

It's in the WaMu Theatre. The main arena was booked for that night.
