Shannon Briggs ? It seems all his training consited of was bodybuilding. You even have to wonder how much sparring Briggs does , when you can see in his fights that he gets tired doing close to nothing after a few rounds .

In boxing history? Geez...that's an awful lot of ground to cover.

For example - Briggs was, up to a few years ago, an exciting and good-paced fighter to watch.

you beat me to it. Shannon Briggs was the laziest sob who ever fought. watching him fight sultan was like torture.
