you have so many questions, lol. Just practice your footwork all around, and if you think you're good, speed it up, do odd angles and movements, envision every possibility defensively and offensively.

you should first do just the footwork, then imagine the punches (thrown and thrown at you) so that you get used to the twists, etc., then punches and defense. But seriously, take it slowly, this is something that you could form a bad habit doing wrong.

my coach just has me shadowbox front and back then side to side. while throwing punches. but what i was wondering is when i am at home are there any other drills that are good.

dip under a rope, shadowbox only moving forward and lateral (never taking a back step). take it slow working on precise movements after a while youll improve. oh, and JUMPROPE!
