if a focused duran turns up and benn fights the way he did against watson then it could well be a stoppage win for duran around the 6th, but i think benn would of fought at a smarter fight and also the extra speed of benn is a big factor here i will go with benn by ko

Yes,you are right,the sims fight was at 160.
It was the fight after benn had lost to eubank. I watched his post eubank fights with sims,milo and morgan,and this seemed to be the time when nigel learned how to calm down,pace himself and 'box' a little. On review,i think that the 160 benn of the sims and milo bouts would give duran an interesting battle. (the sims bout is the ony bout at middle that benn actually used his boxing ability in.) But,still i think 83 duran would beat THAT benn,just too many tools. Only at 168 does benn beat duran. |
