I think he would be. I think it'll help to take your mind off things for a couple of hours. It can't help to focus on one thing too much, I think it's important to be able to switch off(at the right time). Must be hard though, I'm sure fighters fight a fight in their head many times over before they step in the ring. Just my take on things, fighters will have their own pre-fight routines

You could be right actually. Did you see him on Soccer am the other week when they asked him the last Millwall game he'd been to?? He just stuttered and stammered and then said he couldn't remember while looking a bit shifty
