Oscar is still a top 154 lb fighter...As the lb for lb king and eryone calling out ur name..id take the most money...as far as hatton vs mayweather...hatton is a top 10 lb 4 lb fighter by ring magazine....If Floyd ducks people he sure aint ducking Hatton who is considered one of the best lb for lb fighters and the top fighter at 140...oscar was mos def the top fighter at 154....
