Right Hook (Southpaw)

I need help throwing my hook, mainly on speed. I feel like im delivering my hook very slow, and could use any tips to give it thta extra push. Also when i throw hooks on the bag sometimes my elbow will even start to screw up.. I've got to be throwing them wrong or something.

get your elbows checked.

best place to practice a punch is on a heavy bag.

It is difficult to diagnose the problem without actually seeing you throw a punch. This is why you need a boxing coach.
