Anyone ever tried this? I did it today for the first time....absolutely brutal. I "managed" it in 9 mins 27 seconds. Thought that was a decent time until i read about people doing it in under 5 mins

Aye, you need to do it in sets, the most i've done in one go is 42. I started off with 30, then 20. Ended up having to do the rest in 10s cos i was struggling. I'll do it again tomorrow or saturday, i'm aiming for under 9 mins.

It's hard to compare times as some people do a little hop to save time (look on youtube).
I remember doing it in around 7 minutes years ago. I would never do it now as it is very high impact and my knees feel it. If I could go back in time and change one thing fitness wise it would be to not do high impact conditioning exercises like these. It was fine when I was younger but I am sure I did a lot of damage over the years. (Im still only 29) |

If you haven't done it before, i would just try and get the 100 done and not worry about time. Even if it's in sets of 5 and it takes you 20 odd minutes, it's a start. Then just try and get the time down gradually.
