Katsidis looked a lot stronger when you saw them together. He boxed smartly too, lulling Mitchell in. The stoppage was spot on too, a second or so later and he would have been seriously hurt, a second or 2 earlier and there would have been questions as to whether or not he could come back.

Agreed. Any further punishment could have been career ending type punishment. Paris stepped in just at the right time. No complaints from Mitchell or the corner.

katsidis punching technique, accuracy and defense have all improved HEAPS. He looked sharp, his punches had snap and he was landing pin point. Imagine if he had a world class trainer? still, credit to Smith, he has done well training Kats for this win

Mitchell was 1/2 at the bookies which was ridiculous. I did think he could win a month or so ago, but first time i saw Kats in the same room................ he looked a division or so bigger. I remembered him saying he was bigger built than mundine and can believe it. It was man against boy in the end, but Kev did his best , he just got nailed , repeatedly.
