Cant believe peopl are complaining about a Kahn/Catsidis fight. He's a tried and tested fighter and big at the weight so going up to LW shouldn't to much of a problem.
People should be more concerned with my spelling. |

I have no problems with this match-up.
Katsidis, although a LW, brings an element of danger to a fight with Khan that Malignaggi didn't. Bring it on, I say. |

I believe he's injured.
Just in case anyone else is having problems understanding the concept, here's a definition of what an injury might conceivably be: For purposes of completing Items 25a-g and coroner notification, “Injury” includes:

First of all, For all of what Khan wants and who Khans lining up next to not hurt his chin, the Scene is reporting that Kataidis fancies Marquez. Fair play to him, that's a much more meaningful fight between two lightweights than Khan Vs Katsidis. Let's hope Marquez hasn't slipped at all and takes out Diaz. I feel Marquez will fancy Katsidis next too; whilst he waits for a mega payday to find him and retire. Although personally, a pressure fighter is usually the last thing a pair of old legs wanna come against, but there a pretty stern set of bollocks at the end of 'em, and Marquez won't shirk any challenges I'm sure.
Onto Khan then: Bradley has a July date begging. Sure he'd be up for giving himself two more weeks prep and fighting Amir. If not, there's always that stern challenge in twice-beaten (and clearly below average) Prescott; I applaud trying to avenge a loss but the fans could get a pretty decet auge of superiority by fighting ANYONE that can truly test Khan. The kid has supernatural speed, a good boxing brain and a fantastic trainer. Are 'pure' boxers (I.e non-hitters) gonna test him? Do we want to give him a free pass? Or do we want what we want from all of our 'champions' (bollocks concept nowadays) to fight the best and therefore establish the true Champ at the weight? Maidana ain't available? Shame. Bradley, whilst no big hitter is a hurtful and quick puncher. He's also the concensous best in the division, holds another title, is willing to travel it seems, and is also without an opponent for around the same time. If Khan goes for Prescott...well, how his 'fans' could stand for that ..... |

Fighting in the UK at short notice without live US tv coverage for the low monetary reward that would follow from that, pissing off Showtime in the process? Zero chance. |

Bradley has an HBO date for July. A compromise could he made about where it's being held, surely? He's either gonna' fight Judah or Abregu now, but was slated to fight Maidana. Idoubt he'll be terrified at the prospect of fighting Khan. Stage it late here for US TV, bobs yer uncle.
Of course it's never that simple in boxing
