Marciano Moore

Round 1 was pretty even.
Moore took round 2 of couse.
Marciano took round 3
Moore had 4.
And Marciano took over round 5 and up.
so I had it 2-1-1 leading up to round 5 in favor of Moore. Outside of the knockdown, Moore was not relly controlling the fight as people would like to belive. and after that it was 5-2-1 in favor of Marciano when the Rock ko Moore in round 9. on my scorecards at least.

I'm good again. I thought you were late 30s, earl 40s type of guy. You know when you just pick up an image from someones posts.

If I found out you were 16 or something it would have crushed the image.

You are still a wise man. On you go.

I disagree. I thought Moore was controlling the fight, primarily with his jab.

Of course, from round 5 on, it was all Rocky in an amazing display of will & determination (combined with some stellar endurance and tremendous punching power for good measure).

But I thought Moore was outclassing him in the earlier rounds.

I forget, but round 4 may have been the round when Rocky first started turning it on, but he was clearly turning it on by the 5th.

Will, Moore was not controlling MArciano with the jab in the early rounds, if you pay close attention you see most of the jabs Moore thown either went over the Rock's head or the Rock would block with arm, or side step. or even head movement. About evey 5 jabs Moore thown, perhaps 1 or 2 relly got in. I felt the early rounds could have went one way or the other expect round 2 of couse.
