there is a big thought it fitness atm, that a intense short workout far outweighs a long endurance workout, now im not saying long boxing classes are bad in anyway, but out of the gym, if you squeeze in some extra workout, you could do super intense 20min workouts, and get a huge gain in your cardio fitness. sometime i do punch workouts in my lounge in front of a mirror, i just dance on my toes punching for the full 15min not stop, it a good feeling and its quik. do you do any weight? if i was you, comin down in weight i probaly wouldnt, but doin some explosive weights could help your speed and strength. Like jumping squats with a barbell on your back. |
