Default Ronald Gavril

He's a young Romanian boxer at the begining of his pro career, curently living in America and was recently signed to TMT. I've read that his next fight will be on 4th may in the undercard of the Mayweather vs Guerrero fight.

His record is 3-0-0 with 2 knockouts.

BORKED

Thoughts?

he looks decent, good footwork, nice jab, fast hands, he should keep his left hand higher though, he got caught a few times with a right counter

He need to fight more often though. His pro debut was in 2011 and only has 3 fights.

Talented,a bit of Sergio Martinez in him.Needs to strengthen that defense up.

It's still up in the air if he's all style but no substance.Needs more fights indeed.

Didn't watch his recent fight against Roberto Yong, at Mayweather vs Guerreo, thanks to the Romanian television broadcasting this event that thought it would be a good idea to go live immediately after the fight was over. ****ers.

From what I understand he won by TKO in the 3rd round. He's doing good so far and I can only wish him success further. Maybe we'll get to see a new Romanian world champion in the next years.

I'd ask where I can find this fight on the internet, but someone will say that I'm promoting 'illegal signal THEFT' again and I'll get banned... again.

What Romanian TV shown the card?
Showtime was showing all access episodes of Mayweather-Guerrero during his fight, so he was seen live only by the ones who bought thickets.

Oh. I guess that makes sense. I hope they recorded the fight though, and they'll show the replay.

Forgot to check them out, only looked on Sport.ro Tv and ProTv.

We won't see the fight recorded unless some1 used a camera or a phone to film it, at ringside and then he'll be good enough to post it on YouTube.
Elie Seckbach seems to be very fond of Gavril, so maybe he recorded the fight.

They must have some coaches that teach that hands down style in Romania. Bute, Jojo Dan both do it, and IIRC Juratoni has a similar style
