I have ticked to the Red Sox-Diamondbacks game on Thursday, which would be at the exact same time as a game 7 in the NBA Finals. Some asshole at Fenway Park is sure to blurt out spoilers before I can get home and watch on DVR.

GO CELTICS! END IT IN 6!!!!
I've no idea what you are on about, I don't know a thing about basketball, but I seem to be winning a bit on this series!

Kendrick Perkins has a torn ACL and partially torn PCL - will likely be out through 2010/2011 season.

This is the same injury sustained by Leon Powe (and yours truly) - it is no joke.

5k on the Boston Celtics to win it all.....they have been underdogs all playoffs....so this is nothing new.....ride with what got you to this point, even if the odds are stacked against us.

Well they were sputtering along through 3 at a brisk pace but the high speed running took its toll as they threw a couple of rods at the end.

Great series and effort from boston......it's a shame the final two games had to play out the way they did.....they were just outmaned and out gunned....I'm surprised they did that well with the rebounding numbers being so one sided.....they did the best they could with the talent they had in the line up and as a true fan I can be happy with there effort.

Agreed. Bid farewell to Ray Allen, though, after his atrocious Finals performance aside from the game where he hit 8 three pointers, he's gone.
