Rhodes has had a bit of an Indian summer, but he has never come close beating anyone resembling world class.

To be honest i wouldnt consider Foreman to be World class, He fought Santos when he was on his way down. He doesnt have the power to stop Rhodes and Rhodes can be pretty awkward when he puts his mind to it. It would be a good even fight.
