Imo if you are born in Russia to Russian parents and are brought up in Russian until approx age 20 then even if you then decide to live in another country and become naturalised you are still Russian imo. Always a tricky question that one mate.

Many, perhaps most, of our greatest ring achievers were born elsewhere, as you probably know.

The craziest of all was probably that Joe Bugner, as great a fighter as he was, and terrific bloke that he is, was an 'Australian' fighter.
