I agree also Flea, I am 6ft 3 and have every advantage at 175 as my gym mate Frankie does at 140.. it's hard but we know what weight is best for us both,

Im sure come September Arnie will have another champion in his stable...
I'm overjoyed to hear this from the horses mouth Tony, it may be hard, but you know as much as anyone (being a fighter) boxing IS f'n hard

Weight making is part an parcel of this sport really....its the toughest part for most boxers, the dedication involved. As long as its done properly and safely though then it shouldnt really be an issue. I know Bellew has come down in weight but he is so dedicated - he wont cut corners and will do the weight properly so I cant see him moving up any time soon really.....when he has achieved his goals on the other hand....then thats another story

Eh all them nights laughing at you the night before weigh in's came back to haunt me... I swear Im saying sorry now for all them bags of sports mixture with you and Frankie... Dieting is horrible but better when someone goes through it with you or you can pick up a phone and someone will listen to you moan for an hour..

What's your ideal weight?

About 185/190?

Mad that with all these weight classes, some with as little as 6 pounds between them that there's 25 pounds between LHW and CW.
